For paid webinars your webinar seat is only bindingly booked after receipt of payment<\/strong>. After we have received your payment we will send you a separate booking confirmation. You can cancel your webinar booking free of charge up to 3 weeks before the start of the webinar. If the cancellation takes place between 21 and 7 days before the start we charge 50% of the webinar price. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the webinar the full webinar price will be charged.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

What technical requirements are necessary to participate in the webinar? \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t

We use the provider ClickMeeting<\/strong> as our event platform. Apart from your PC with a web browser you do not need any additional software. You can easily access the virtual seminar room via a link that you receive from us by email and that is sent separately by us via ClickMeeting after the booking confirmation has been sent. You will hear the audio through your speakers or headphones (headset).<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Do I absolutely need a webcam or a microphone? \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t

Not necessarily.<\/strong> You can easily participate in the webinar without a webcam. A microphone is generally recommended in order to ask questions. However if you do not have a microphone you can also submit your questions to the presenter via the chat function.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
