Before the webinar
When is a webinar booking considered confirmed?
For paid webinars your webinar seat is only bindingly booked after receipt of payment. After we have received your payment we will send you a separate booking confirmation. For free webinars your webinar seat is also only bindingly secured once you have received our booking confirmation.
Can I also pay my invoice via PayPal?
Yes, payment via PayPal is also possible.
What cancellation options are available for paid webinars?
You can cancel your webinar booking free of charge up to 3 weeks before the start of the webinar. If the cancellation takes place between 21 and 7 days before the start we charge 50% of the webinar price. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the webinar the full webinar price will be charged.
What technical requirements are necessary to participate in the webinar?
We use the provider ClickMeeting as our event platform. Apart from your PC with a web browser you do not need any additional software. You can easily access the virtual seminar room via a link that you receive from us by email and that is sent separately by us via ClickMeeting after the booking confirmation has been sent. You will hear the audio through your speakers or headphones (headset).
Do I absolutely need a webcam or a microphone?
Not necessarily. You can easily participate in the webinar without a webcam. A microphone is generally recommended in order to ask questions. However if you do not have a microphone you can also submit your questions to the presenter via the chat function.
How can I make sure that I have the required prior knowledge?
The required prior knowledge for each webinar is specified in the detailed webinar description on our website. Please review this information before registering to make sure that the webinar is right for you.
Can I also attend the webinar on a mobile device?
Yes, it is technically possible to participate via a smartphone or tablet. However we recommend using a PC or laptop for the best display and an uninterrupted webinar experience.
Will I receive a reminder email before the webinar?
Yes, we will send you a reminder email one day before the webinar so that you do not miss it.
Is my data secure with you?
Yes, your data is treated confidentially by us and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations under the GDPR.
During the webinar
Will my name or email address be visible to other participants?
No, your personal data will not be visible to other webinar participants. We ensure via the ClickMeeting platform that all participants can remain anonymous.
Can I also ask questions about my individual requirements during the webinar?
Yes, to a limited extent. We are happy to address your individual questions or SAP requirements as long as this does not go beyond the scope of the course. Also for reasons of fairness toward the other participants we cannot provide in depth individual consulting during the webinar.
Am I allowed to record the webinar content myself in video and or audio form?
Unfortunately not. Video or audio recording is not permitted for copyright and data protection reasons.
After the webinar
Will the presented slides or content be sent to participants after the webinar?
Yes, the slides from the webinar will be sent to you by email afterward so that you can review the content again.
Can I watch the webinar again later as a recording?
No, unfortunately not. For data protection reasons we do not make recordings of our webinars. We recommend personal and active participation in the webinar where you are welcome to ask your questions.
Can I still ask questions about the content after the webinar at a later time?
Yes, gladly. You can send us your questions at any time by email or via the contact form on our website.
How can I provide feedback on a webinar I attended?
Immediately after the end of a webinar you always have the opportunity to provide us with feedback. To do so please remain logged in on the ClickMeeting platform. We appreciate every piece of feedback to help us continuously improve our webinars.
Will I also receive a certificate of participation after a paid webinar?
Yes, upon request we are happy to issue a certificate of participation for the webinar.
